Go Public Institute mission is to work in partnership with a client to assist in accessing capital through private or public offerings of securities in the most timely and cost effective manner.  These can be an IPO that qualifies the company to trade on NASDAQ, a bridge loan or a private placement of debt or equity.

	Go Public Institute provides introductions to potential underwriters.
	Go Public Institute assists in writing a business plan or prospectus conducive to raising capital.
	Go Public Institute assists in selecting an underwriter and negotiating their fees.
	Go Public Institute assists the company in selecting the most favorable time to offer the stock.
	Go Public Institute assists in selecting the auditors and negotiating their fees.
	Go Public Institute assists in selecting the securities attorneys and negotiating their fees.
	Go Public Institute assists in selecting a printer and negotiating their price.
	Go Public Institute interfaces with the underwriter, the underwriter's counsel, the auditors, regulators, and the underwriter syndicate members on behalf of the company with respect to successfully closing an offering.
	Go Public Institute assists in the SEC review and the "blue sky" regulations.
	Go Public Institute assists in selecting a transfer agent.
	Go Public Institute helps schedule road shows and marketing meetings.
	Go Public Institute advises and assists in the initial development of the NASDAQ market by introducing market makers, brokerage firms, analysts, money managers and stockbrokers.
	Go Public Institute consults with management on a continuous basis to coordinate the company's financial plan in relation to its operating plan.
	Go Public Institute reviews all shareholder communications including financial filings, press releases, research reports, etc prior to release, to assist the company in relating to the financial community in the best light.
	Go Public Institute recommends to the company when a press release would be beneficial to the financial community.
	Go Public Institute will communicate with the company designees once a month on what has been accomplished for the company that month.

In addition to public financing, Go Public Institute may arrange a private placement of debt or equity (including warrant exercise), introductions that result in a successful merger or acquisition for a client, or a bridge loan.
